Dispatch in RAMM provides a geospatial solution to manage different work types and jobs. Display Dispatches on the Map and manage them in the Grid.

Open Dispatch in RAMM

Search in RAMM's Menu for saved Dispatch Settings, or open the Dispatch layer through Work Managment on the Menu.

Load Different Settings

Settings allow you to save alternative layers and setups, based on the same underlying data. Each Setting can contain a customised Filter and individually selected columns to suit the data to be displayed. Load different Settings to apply alternative filters and displays.

Map and Grid Settings

Each Layer you add to the Map has a matching Grid. When you change the Setting applied to the Layer on the Map, the Setting in the Grid is also changed. The Filter that is applied to the Layer on the Map, is then also applied to the data in the Grid.

Filter by Asset Type

Create your own filters to display the data you need to see. Here an Asset Type criterion is being added so Dispatches only for Signs will be displayed.

Filter by Fault Category

Create your own filters to display the data you need to see. Here a Fault Category criterion is being added so Dispatches only for vandalised Signs will be displayed.

Filter by Assigned to

Save a Filter

You save your filters by saving them in a distinctly named Setting. Each time you Load the Setting, your Filter will be applied.

Share your saved filters with other RAMM users or organisations by sharing your saved Settings.
