This is a five-step course. Each module uses simulation software to give you a visual step-by-step demonstration of a particular feature in RAMM Contractor. You then try it yourself and have your knowledge assessed at the end.
Topics covered in the course are as follows.
Initial Dispatch Selection
Enhance your initial dispatch selection results through the use of filters in management of the dispatch maintenance screen in order to accommodate various purposes. You will learn to use existing predefined filters as well as create your own personalised filters to complete a number of tasks such as viewing dispatches and organising daily tasks, grouping dispatches by similar characteristics and managing claims, among others.
Dispatch Filtering by Fault Category
Master the process of personalised filter creation to manage dispatches with similar characteristics for reporting purposes. In particular, you will be able to filter your dispatches by fault category through grouping of asset type, contract, time period and fault categories from the filter tree, thus enhancing the usability of your dispatch maintenance screen.
Dispatch Filtering by Operator
Master the process of personalised filter creation to manage dispatches assigned to a particular operator in order to check his/her workload. In particular, you will be able to view all jobs an operator has completed in a specific time period and learn how to arrange dispatches by operator on the dispatch maintenance screen through the use of job status, time period and staff categories from the filter tree.
Dispatch Filtering by Location
Master the process of personalised filter creation to manage dispatches in a particular location and assign these to an operator who is already on site to increase productivity. In particular, you will be able to choose a location and view all nearby projects displayed on your dispatch maintenance screen through the use of contract, job status, time period and road ID categories from the filter tree.
Enhance your dispatch list through the use of layouts in order to display specific information relevant to specific jobs. You will learn to use the existing default layout as well as create, save and share your own personalised layouts to display useful data for operators to see and use. You will be able to create custom columns on the dispatch list by choosing options from the filter tree such as dispatch ID, call status, assigned to, address and many more.
