User Defined Tables (UDTs)

UDTs are RAMM database tables which you have defined yourself so that you can use RAMM to manage your asset and condition data which are not in the standard RAMM Set.

Understanding Complex UDTs Such As Parks, Open Spaces and Buildings

You can now use RAMM to manage complex assets such as parks, reserves, open spaces and buildings. To do this you set up complex UDTs. You should watch each of these videos so that you are absolutely clear how to do this. Once you have set them up and added data to the tables it can cause real difficulties if you have to then alter the table structure. Better to do it once and to do it right first time.

Understanding UDT Custom Columns

Much of the data you will want to store in your UDTs will not be available in the standard RAMM set. So you create Custom Columns to hold these data. Custom Columns are powerful and highly configurable. So they deserve this section on their own.
