I can’t connect – I get an I/O Error or similar message
A message similar to the one above, or like these:
- There is no route to the specified subnet address
- Cannot connect to the Citrix Server: transport driver error
- There is no Citrix server at the specified address
These indicate that the Citrix Client wasn’t able to connect to the Hosting Service.
Check Your Internet Connection
If you’re using the Citrix Program Neighborhood and you haven’t connected to the Hosting Service for some time, you may need to change the server addresses.
You may have a firewall or proxy server blocking your access to the Hosting Service.
