Contact Us for Assistance
Phone us on (NZ) 0800 256 832 (Aus) 1800 196 213. If the phone is not answered straight away, leave a detailed message and we will get back to you ASAP. Alternatively you can email us at email@example.com. We also use TeamViewer for remote Support.
Pick Up the Phone
If you need any support assistance, the first option is to contact us at the phone numbers above. You can call us during normal business hours, which are; 7.30am to 5.30pm (NZST); 7.30am to 5.30pm (AEST), and; 7.30am to 4.30pm (AWST); Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. If we are unable to answer your call, your call will be redirected to our voice message service.
Leave Us a Message
If we cannot answer the telephone you are welcome to leave a detailed message. When you do this a Support Ticket is automatically created. It is then allocated to one of our Support operators to deal with. We always respond ASAP to telephone messages.
Write an Email
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When a support email is received, a support ticket is automatically created. These tickets are triaged, allocated and prioritised. The speed of resolution will depend on the seriousness of the issue. But your problem becomes the job of one of our support staff to sort out.
Enable Remote Support
We use a piece of software called TeamViewer to enable us to remotely connect to your computer. You have full control over the connect permission. It is safe and secure. No installation is required. You just download and run it. Download TeamViewer here.
