Road Construction Index (RCI) Values
Please find the following Road Construction Index (RCI) Values. Until recently, RSL has applied these values to the New Zealand databases on the RAMM Hosting Service. This practice will resume in the near future.

How is the RCI Calculated
The RCI value is calculated using the latest Maintenance index when looking at the Infrastructure Cost Indices in the NZTA Procurement manual. The reason the RCI value is expressed as an integer in the thousands (e.g. 1804) is that the original RCI value used in RAMM was 1000 and the calculations in RAMM reflect this.
