Enable Remote Support
We use a piece of software called TeamViewer to enable us to remotely connect to your computer. You have full control over the connect permission. It is safe and secure. No installation is required. You just download and run it. Download TeamViewer here.

Sometimes your fastest solution is to watch one of our short training videos.The place to start is the video overview page here. It has links to the videos for the different RAMM modules and applications.
We run training courses for RAMM users whatever their level of proficiency. Normally these courses are run in our purpose-built training room in our Rosedale Road offices. They can also be run on site by negotiation.
Our most popular course Essential RAMM. This covers RAMM Map, RAMM Grid, Inspections and Adding Pavement and Surface records. We also run Asset Maintenance and Pocket RAMM as well as Asset Management and Pocket RAMM.
